Illegal minimarket parking attendants in Jakarta will be prosecuted on site by law enforcement if they continue to carry out their actions.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service, Syafrin Lipunto, said that his party would take firm action against illegal parking attendants at minimarkets who charge visitors. The study of the implementation of sanctions and law enforcement actions does not only involve the ranks of the DKI Satpol PP. Syafrin urges the public to report any instances of illegal parking attendants in minimarkets through the JAKI (Jakarta Kini) or CRM (Cepat Respon Masyarakat) application. Each report will be followed up by a designated team.

On the other hand, Adi mentioned that his earnings as a parking attendant at a minimarket are actually not much every day as many people say. On average, he only earns Rp 100,000 per day, but he cannot take it all home because it must be submitted to someone else.
