"Where's Osdar?"

At the age of what she calls three quarters of a century, Dewi is still energetic, full of enthusiasm and a sharp memory.

"Where's Osdar?" asked Dewi Motik (75) excitedly. He spontaneously asked when he received birthday greetings at a thanksgiving event as well as the launch of his book and the opening of the Demono gallery in Jakarta, Wednesday (08/05/2024).

The Osdar he asked was a journalist from Kompas (1978 - 2017) who had retired. Dewi Motik is familiar to journalists. one of them Osdar. "He used to like teasing me, that's him, yes, all girls are teased, you Osdar!" said Dewi Motik.

With a smile, she then recounted the story of the journalist who had long served in the Presidential Palace since the New Order era. Dewi also seemed annoyed with the writing style of Osdar, which is often mischievous.

At the age she referred to as three-quarters of a century, Dewi still had much energy, was full of spirit, and had a sharp memory. Her wide social circle made her life seem like it never had a lonely moment.

Her 9th book entitled 75 Inspirations from Dewi Motik Pramono was created with a diary-like concept that invites readers to write down their perspectives. On page 30, for example, Dewi writes about marriage. According to him, when we get married, be prepared to be incompatible. In his view, marriage is processing everything that is not suitable to become compatible.

From various sparks of inspiration, Dewi appears to be a realistic, steadfast individual who knows exactly what she wants in life.

The Demono Gallery (@galeridemono) displays various family memorabilia, Iwan Tirta's charming batik collection, as well as several of the maestro's paintings. There are also old photos when Dewi was still a photo model. The young goddess looks stunning with long flowing hair in fashionable clothes. At first glance, her figure resembles Yoko Ono (91), John Lennon's lover. Ah, no wonder Dewi was often teased by Osdar. It's just that Osdar doesn't look like John Lennon
