Family units are the smallest social units in the community. Theoretically, without family, there would be no nation. In Indonesia, National Family Day is celebrated on 29 June.

A family consists of individuals who bind to one another. Social units in the community are formed through interaction, mutual trust and complementarity. If one of the chains of the social unit is broken, it could affect the entire social group.
