Tony Wenas and his friends have a dream of building a music museum in Indonesia.

Tony Wenas, President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia, visited the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, on Monday (6/5/2024).

Apart from managing a gold mine, he is also known to have a golden voice. That's Tony Wenas, President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia. He is so good at entertaining on stage that the Manadonese man is often praised by his colleagues that he is not only CEO, chief executive officer, but also chief entertainment officer.

While visiting the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, Monday (6/5/2024), Tony really enjoyed the various instruments musicthe world on display. Apparently, Tony and a number of his colleagues had a dream of building a music museum in Indonesia. "It hasn't been achieved yet," said Tony, who has 25 types of guitars and five drums.

According to him, Indonesian music is very rich, not inferior to the wealth of music in many other countries. "There are many types of musical instruments in Indonesia," said Tony, who in March 2022 was also appointed as the Chairman of the Indonesian Singers and Musicians Association (Pappri). Hopefully his dream can come true, together with philanthropists.
