Jobseekers flock to the Indonesia Career Expo at Balai Kartini in Jakarta on Tuesday (15/10/2019). The job exhibition is still full of jobseekers despite the growing online job market. According to data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the number of workers in February 2019 was 136.18 million people, up 2.24 million compared to February 2018. In line with the workforce increase, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) also increased by 0.12 percent.
